Villa Rosa
Our residential care apartment complex features 20 apartments nestled on 120 acres of rolling countryside. We give residents a place to call home offering the assistance they need to age gracefully with dignity. We stop at nothing to make our residents’ experience warm and inviting, from our relaxing homelike atmosphere to our exceptional outdoor gardens and friendly animals.
Villa Rosa’s caring staff provides up to 28 hours per week in daily living assistance to tenants. Additional time can be arranged if needed. All services can be tailored to meet individual tenant needs.
Villa Rosa is connected to the Villa Loretto nursing home, a 50-bed skilled nursing facility. If necessary, rehabilitation (private insurance or Medicare Part B) and skilled nursing services are available to meet individual needs on an inpatient or outpatient basis.
