Agnesian HealthCare Volunteers Jewelry and Women's Accessory Sale
The public is invited to a jewelry and women’s accessory sale by PTK Sales on Thursday, September 28 and Friday, September 29 in Agnesian HealthCare’s lobby concourse, 430 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac.
The sale will run from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on September 28 and from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on September 29.
Sponsored by the Agnesian HealthCare Volunteers, proceeds will benefit patient programs and services at St. Agnes Hospital.
Shoppers will have the opportunity to choose from a huge selection of earrings, bracelets, necklaces, pins, watches, hosiery, tights, apparel, special gift items and more! Almost everything is $6.

Healthcare Provider CPR
Healthcare Provider CPR teaches healthcare providers the skills of CPR for victims of all ages (including ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device and oxygen), use of an AED and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction in responsive and non-responsive victims. A course completion card is given upon successful completion of a practical and written exam.
Walk With a Doc at Saturday Farmers Market
Join an Agnesian HealthCare provider for an outside Walk with a Doc opportunity at the Saturday Farmers Market this summer.
Dana Vasquez, MD, Internal Medicine provider, will meet interested individuals at the corner of Macy and Fourth Street at 10 a.m. to begin the walk (weather permitting).
Preregistration not required.
Walk with a Doc is a free program held regularly at the Forest Mall in Fond du Lac. Walk with a Doc is open to the Fond du Lac and surrounding communities. Individuals are encouraged to sign up to be a Walk with a Doc member. Registration is free! Prizes are awarded quarterly based on the number of miles walked.
Affected Family Members Group
Domestic violence affects everyone involved, including the family and friends of the person being abused. The Affected Family Members Group provides family and friends a place of support, healing and learning to help support loved ones while they are in the abusive relationship and after thay have left the abusive relationship.
This open support group meets the first and third Thursday of each month from 4 to 5 p.m.

Family members and friends must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this support group.
Designed to both nurture and challenge your body, prenatal yoga inspires trust in birthing through meditation, breathing and movement. Expectant mothers will benefit from much-needed relaxation, while strengthening the muscles that support baby during pregnancy adn labor.
Join Lora Vahlsing, certified Hatha Yoga instructor, for a four-week mixed level prenatal yoga class for all levels and any trimester of pregnancy. This is a great opportunity to reconnect with your body's natural wisdom about birth and bond with baby.
Class dates include Mondays, October 2 to 23.
Individuals should bring a yoga mat to each class.

Walk With a Doc
Agnesian HealthCare and the Fond du Lac Family YMCA are partnering with Walk With a Doc to create a safe, walkable community.
The collaborative mission is to encourage healthy physical activity in people of all ages, and reverse the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle in order to improve the health and well-being of the country.
Join providers on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. to begin your commitment of improved health and well-being.

Join Lora Vahlsing, certified Hatha Yoga instructor, for a six-week gentle yoga experience that is well-suited for individuals who want a soft, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Postures may be approached in gradual steps, with time to focus on breathing and repetition so the practice is simple to do and easy to remember.

Family Addiction Education Program - Fond du Lac
Designed for family members, significant others and friends who have someone either active in addiction or early in the recovery process, participants will learn through education and guidance how to reduce confusion and promote healing by identifying how addiction affects families and what family members can do to take better care of themselves.
Class dates include: Tuesdays, October 3 to 24.
Cost is $40 per person for each four-week program.
