Patients can walk-in or schedule an appointment using MyChart’s On My Way service. Using On My Way, patients can locate the clinic through the MyChart web site or mobile app and see approximate wait times and let the clinic team know they are coming. Even with this feature, patients are still seen based on medical necessity.
By taking this extra step, the Agnesian Convenient Care Clinic will be able to expedite visits and be better prepared to meet specific health care needs.
The Agnesian Convenient Care Clinic is staffed by family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants who are fully licensed to treat patients three months and older. Our providers actively listen to each of our patients’ concerns, conduct thorough examinations, and provide individualized diagnoses and treatment plans.
