As a board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. El-Shahat offers a full range of general family medicine, including preventive healthcare; annual physicals; well-child checks and immunizations; and care for acute and chronic illness and general medical concerns.In addition, Dr. El-Shahat provides concussion management services.

“It’s important to me that when I work with my patients that we take a holistic approach and find the root cause,” according to Dr. El-Shahat. “Education is also important so patients and their families understand the best approach and why.”

“I enjoy offering a full scope of services for individuals, including children,” Dr. El-Shahat says. “It’s helpful to offer a broad spectrum of care and develop relationships with patients to take the best possible care for patients and their families.”

In his free time, he enjoys soccer, football, hiking, fishing, playing squash, table tennis, deep sea diving, traveling, snow-shoeing and cross country skiing.
