As a board-certified urologist, Dr. Cauley specializes in diagnosing and treating prostate issues, including enlargement and prostate cancer; bladder control issues; urinary incontinence; kidney stones, cysts and infections; male infertility; and impotence. A graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine, Dr. Cauley completed his urology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. “When I am working with my patients, I provide all the information they need to make wise decisions in their care plan,” says Dr. Cauley.
Kristin specializes in swallowing impairments and expressive/receptive language deficits. She works with the age span from children through adults.
As a nurse practitioner, she provides diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive healthcare services; takes medical histories; examines patients; orders and interprets laboratory tests and X-rays, and makes diagnoses; treats minor injuries by suturing, splinting and casting; performs pre-employment physicals; oversees worker’s compensation and disability cases; and serves as case manager, coordinating medical services to ensure quality and cost-effective care at each stage of treatment. “I strive to serve our community and help people live healthier and happier lives,” according to Chouinard.
