Abby provides adult patients with individual therapy specializing in the areas of trauma, loss, transitions in life, mood concerns, anxiety disturbances, relationship difficulties, clarification of life goals, and self-esteem. She assists each person in identifying his or her own strengths and how to nurture and harness these strengths to meet the unique goals of the patient. As a team, patient and therapist will develop a plan to meet the patient’s goals.
Jennifer is the new Vascular Surgery provider at the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic. Previous to this position, she was the director of Critical Care and Cardiopulmonary Services at St. Agnes Hospital. She will work in conjunction with interventional radiology, interventional cardiology and vascular surgery. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Concordia University. Jennifer is a board certified nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband, and children.
Linda's treatment focus is total joint replacements and amputations, as well as orthopedic injuries.
Kathy's treatment experience includes acute and chronic dysfunctions, performing functional capacity evaluations. It also includes extensive coursework in manual therapy for
the spine and extremities and certification in lymphedema therapy.

Jammi Cairns earned her Bachelor and Master’s degree in Nursing from Marian University in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She comes to Agnesian Work & Wellness with 12 years of nursing experience in pain management, medical/surgical, case management, consulting and education. For the past two years, she has been working in interventional pain management. When she’s not working, Cairns enjoys spending quality family time with her children and husband. She has a knack for interior design and also likes to collect antiques.
Dr. Callahan has been a fixture in the Beaver Dam, Columbus and Waupun communities for more than 20 years. As an orthopedic surgeon, he treats the most common bone and joint conditions and injuries in the region.
“After 20 years of practice, I have a great deal of experience in knee and hip replacement, and knee and shoulder arthroscopy,” according to Dr. Callahan. “Additionally, I have treated many patients with hand concerns, such as carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger, as well as common adult and pediatric fractures.”
“I believe that healthcare is a partnership between a patient and provider,” says Dr. Calvello. “Good communication is essential. And, because of my specialty, I help manage so many sensitive topics so it is very important to build a trusting relationship with my patients.” Dr. Calvello enjoys spending time with family, equestrian sports, marathons and triathlons, and fine food. She lives in Ripon with her husband, Dave, and two children, Maddie and Lily.
