You and your family, friends and the public are invited to join Agnesian HealthCare's Bereavement Services staff for a special spring remembrance service of love, life and hope. The celebration will include a blessing of candles. Please bring a special candle in a container and a framed photograph of your loved one and you will be able to take them home with you at the end of the ceremony.

Registration is required.

Domestic violence affects everyone involved, including the family and friends of the person being abused. The Affected Family Members Group provides family and friends a place of support, healing and learning to help support loved ones while they are in the abusive relationship and after thay have left the abusive relationship.

This open support group meets the first and third Thursday of each month from 4 to 5 p.m. 

For more information about this free support group, call (920) 926-4207. Contact with the Domestic Violence Program must be made prior to participating in this group.

Family members and friends must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this support group.

Agnesian HealthCare and the Fond du Lac Family YMCA are partnering with Walk With a Doc to create a safe, walkable community.

The collaborative mission is to encourage healthy physical activity in people of all ages, and reverse the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle in order to improve the health and well-being of the country.

Join providers on Monday through Friday between 8 and 9:30 a.m.; the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month between 5 and 6 p.m.; and Wednesdays between 4 to 5 p.m. to begin your commitment of improved health and well-being.

In addition, Ripon Medical Center providers will be walking at Ripon High School, 850 Tiger Drive, Ripon, the first and third Wednesdays of the month between 6 to 7 p.m.

Step it Up! The Surgeon General of the United States recommends 150 minutes of weekly exercise to:

  • Lower your risk of heart disease and stroke, type 2 diabetes, breast and colon cancers, and depression
  • Maintain or lose weight
  • Boost your energy
  • Improve your sleep
  • Reduce stress
  • Redue your risk of falls
  • Delay the onset of cognitive decline and dementia
  • Increase sense of well-being and more!

The Alzheimer's support group is an open gathering of people with common needs and interests who come together to share their feelings, thoughts and experiences in a combined effort to better cope with and manage the shared challenges of dementia in a safe environment. Heartsaver AED CPR

HEARTSAVER AED teaches lay rescuers CPR and use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) for adult and child cardiac arrest victims. Students also learn relief of choking in adults and children, infant CPR and relief of choking and child and infant safety. A course completion card is given upon successful completion of a practical and written exam. 

RMC Triathlon

This Ripon Medical Center event combines the rich history of the Green Lake Conference Center, its beautiful grounds and the deepest inland lake in Wisconsin to attract racers from all over the Midwest. The course includes an amazing lake swim, rolling hills on the bike and secluded run course making this triathlon perfect for beginners to veterans.
