Resolve through Sharing®- Adult Grief Support Group (Open)
Resolve through Sharing- Educational Support Group
This group is intended for individuals who have experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy, or death of a child less than 1-year-old. Talking about a death can be difficult and the Resolve through Sharing Grief Support Group gives you an opportunity to share your experience with others who understand. This group provides a safe environment to share feelings such as guilt, anger, fear, or loneliness.
Please join us at the Bereavement Center behind Twohig Flooring America, near the Kwik Trip on the west side of Fond du Lac.
Registration is not required for open groups.
Healing Hearts Cardiac Support Group
Cardiac patients and their families, and those working to control cardiac risk factors are invited to attend this free support group.

Sessions are held on the third Tuesday of each month with the exception of June, July and August.

Need not be present to win. The drawing will be held on the evening of August 21, 2017 at South Hills Golf & Country Club, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The name on the ticket will be deemed the winner. Prize winners assume the responsibility for all federal and state taxes on all prizes. Prizes $5,000 and above are subject to federal withholding tax, and all prizes $600 and above are subject to federal reporting. The license and title of all prizes are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes must be claimed by September 22, 2017. Walk With a Doc
Agnesian HealthCare and the Fond du Lac Family YMCA are partnering with Walk With a Doc to create a safe, walkable community.
The collaborative mission is to encourage healthy physical activity in people of all ages, and reverse the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle in order to improve the health and well-being of the country.
Join providers on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. to begin your commitment of improved health and well-being.
Step it Up! The Surgeon General of the United States recommends 150 minutes of weekly exercise to:
- Lower your risk of heart disease and stroke, type 2 diabetes, breast and colon cancers, and depression
- Maintain or lose weight

St. Agnes Hospital Blood Drive
Giving blood is easy and takes about an hour. The process includes registering, giving a brief medical history, and having temperature, blood pressure and hemoglobin checked.
Blood that is donated remains local, as the BloodCenter of Wisconsin is the sole supplier of blood to St. Agnes Hospital and Waupun Memorial Hospital, as well as 51 other Wisconsin hospitals. Join Lora Vahlsing, certified Hatha Yoga instructor, for a six-week gentle yoga experience that is well-suited for individuals who want a soft, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Postures may be approached in gradual steps, with time to focus on breathing and repetition so the practice is simple to do and easy to remember.
Preregistration is required.

Beginning & Continuing Yoga
Join Sigrun Columbia-Navis, certified yoga instructor with the Fond du Lac Center for Spirituality and Healing, for a six-week yoga program designed for the beginner and intermediate yoga student.
Students will utilize the techniques learned in beginning yoga as well as learn more challenging poses that are held longer to further increase strength, balance and flexibility.
Class dates include Tuesdays, August 22 to September 26.
Look Good...Feel Better - St. Agnes Hospital
Guided by volunteer cosmetologists, the Look Good...Feel Better program is designed for female cancer patients and provides instruction on how to use make-up and skincare techniques to overcome the appearance-related effects of chemotherapy and radiation.
Participants will receive a complimentary make-up bag offered through a partnership of the American Cancer Society; the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association Foundation; and the National Cosmetology Association.
Classes and materials are provided free of charge to women in active cancer treatment.

Healthcare Provider CPR
Healthcare Provider CPR teaches healthcare providers the skills of CPR for victims of all ages (including ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device and oxygen), use of an AED and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction in responsive and non-responsive victims. A course completion card is given upon successful completion of a practical and written exam.
This Ripon Medical Center event combines the rich history of the Green Lake Conference Center, its beautiful grounds and the deepest inland lake in Wisconsin to attract racers from all over the Midwest. The course includes an amazing lake swim, rolling hills on the bike and secluded run course making this triathlon perfect for beginners to veterans.
