Planking has become increasingly popular for core strengthening, and for good reasons. In my last article I gave you reasons and an easy plank challenge to get you started. Here are some progressed moves to try… or just to add something new to your existing program. These are not beginner moves so please don’t try these if you think they look hard…start at your level and work up! Don’t be a weekend warrior!
