Agnesian HealthCare welcomes Amber Conrad, PA-C, a certified physician assistant, to the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic Gastroenterology department. She is now accepting new patients, and joins Drs. Jerry Evans, Sujatha Kailas and Nathan Slinde, as well as Jessica Loehr and Faye Franklin nurse practitioners.
Digestive disorders can interrupt daily activities and affect quality of life. Conrad treats a full range of gastric concerns that start in the mouth and extend through the stomach, helping to improve quality of life for the patients she serves.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse Mayo School of Health Related Sciences and Gundersen Lutheran Medical Foundation, Conrad is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
“I deliver care while listening to my patients’ concerns and symptoms, and provide an appropriate diagnosis and education in a compassionate way,” says Conrad. “This allows patients to feel their best and maintain their overall healthy active lifestyle for overall future wellness.”
Conrad is engaged, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, outdoor activities, travel, reading and cooking.
“I am proud to be joining Agnesian HealthCare due to its true living of its mission in serving patients of the community,” Conrad says. “I look forward to working with a team passionate about providing high quality care to patients to improve their symptoms and therefore their daily life.”
